You can learn more about WordPress by visiting the wordpress.org website. Yes, it's pretty easy to learn and it has nothing to do with being a computer expert. One thing you should know and will soon learn if you start your own WordPress site is, spammers suck. You'll wish you could reach out over the ether and smack them upside the head.

So, next time you visit my site, don't try to drop links in the comments. If you had left your website address in the URL box and left it at that, you would have a link to your website when someone clicked your name. But you had to make sure to sneak in some linked anchor text in the comment too, which got all your links deleted and you will be blacklisted if you try it again. You see, I HATE spammers. You SUCK!

I kinda like this blog. In fact I told myself I should be trying to start one just like this too, however I am not computer gifted on how to do it. Tell me about this "Wordpress" platform? Is it easy to learn? Need I be an expert in computers to make a blog? I am trying to design a simple blog for my ball valve high pressure manufacturing website. Can the functions be integrated into an existing website?

Are you using a plug-in for your images? I use <a href="http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/nextgen-gallery/" rel="nofollow">NextGen</a>. It has many options and the CSS is customizable (although I haven't found a need to do so). This article was posted when I first started using WordPress, which was in the version 2.x era. It has evolved very nicely and I think much of this article is outdated or irrelevant.

when I save the code or switch to visual WordPress strips out the margin settings. The text starts at the bottom of the image. I have used normal css coding and no matter what I type it re-does the code to its liking and starts the text at the bottom. I assume it is something in the theme I am using but I don't know how to change it or override it.
